Beautiful arrangements and friendly service!

I ordered a funeral standing spray for my grandmother's wake/burial, she was 101 years old and loved red flowers. When searching for florist I came across your funeral arrangements and loved the image on your website. It was full of red flowers. It was not what we received. I was shocked! I called and spoke to C, he made the arrangement. He said he spread it out to make the arrangement look bigger. The measurements are on the website so I was well aware of the size. I did not ask for it to be bigger. I sent an email and was told the owner would call me back. I have yet to hear from him. I called the florist and he said they were crediting $45.00. The arrangement was $345.00 plus delivery and taxes. Do better Heights Floral.

I highly recommend Heights Floral Shop! I ordered flowers for a friend who was recovering from surgery, and this beautiful bouquet was delivered two hours after I placed my order.

I ordered a large beautiful arrangement for my daughter in law because she lost her aunt. I have used this florist serval times before without any problems. But this time I was totally disappointed in the arrangement it didn’t look nothing like the picture. It looked like they rushed preparing it and it had different flowers than the picture and the arrangement was not even full. I paided $179 for the arrangement and Guess what they would only refund $44 back to me. That show how much they cared about my business and what product they delivered to my daughter in law who I was trying to cheer up. I wanted a full refund and got $44. I will never spend another dime at this florist.
