Didn't have what i needed but great customer service!

Last week my boss asked me to help him send some flowers to honor an old family friend that had passed away. He was not able to attend the service due to health reasons but wanted to send something special he had in mind to honor his old duck hunting friend. I called 4 of the top florists Google recommended in their area and none of them could help me with anything other than your standard floral request. I called Heights Floral Shop next and spoke to Mr. Wally and he immediately understood my vision and was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to be sure it was everything we asked for. The beautiful arrangement was so appreciated by the family, saying it was the perfect way to honor their Dad. I have ordered a lot of flowers over the years for this busy office I support. I have never experienced this level of genuine customer service. Thank you Mr. Wally, You are a Rock Star!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my grandma and when it came in, They looked horrible. It was not well arranged at all. Really disappointed in my grandmother was sad.
